Accepted Offers
Once you accept an offer from RevGem and payment has been issued, the transaction is final.
Because ownership of the items transfers to RevGem upon payment, RevGem does not provide refunds, reversals, or buybacks on completed transactions.
Declined Offers
If you decline our offer, your submitted items will be returned to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
No fees are charged for declining an offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing for special handling, expedited services, or additional insurance requests.
Evaluation Services
RevGem does not charge evaluation fees for standard parcel submissions.
Our evaluations are provided as part of the gemstone purchasing process and are based on our professional judgment, testing methods, and current market conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping labels provided by RevGem are generally offered at no cost to the customer, subject to our Shipping Policy and insurance limits.
If additional insurance, special shipping arrangements, or other premium services are requested, any associated fees may be non-refundable.
