Throughout this policy, references to "RevGem" shall refer to RevGem LLC.
At RevGem, we strive to provide a secure, transparent, and risk-free process for submitting gemstones, break out scrap, and related materials for evaluation.
Shipping Process
Complete the parcel submission form at RevGem.com.
Once approved, RevGem will provide a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions.
Carefully package your items and deliver them to the designated carrier.
Upon receipt, RevGem will inspect and evaluate the submitted materials.
Insurance Coverage
All shipments sent using a RevGem-provided shipping label include up to $500 of shipping insurance coverage.
If the estimated value of your parcel exceeds $500, you must contact RevGem prior to shipping to discuss additional insurance options.
Failure to notify RevGem of parcels exceeding $500 in value may limit available insurance coverage in the event of loss or damage.
Submitted items are insured while in transit using a RevGem-provided shipping label and while in RevGem's possession, subject to applicable insurance limits and carrier terms.
Evaluation Timeline
Most parcels are evaluated within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt.
Evaluation times may vary depending on parcel size, testing requirements, holidays, or shipping delays.
If You Accept the Offer
If you accept RevGem's offer:
Payment will be issued promptly using the agreed payment method.
Ownership of the accepted items transfers to RevGem upon payment.
Accepted transactions are final.
If You Decline the Offer
If you decline our offer:
Your items will be returned to the address provided during submission.
Return shipments will be insured up to the applicable coverage amount.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
In the event a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, claims will be handled through the applicable carrier and insurance provider.
RevGem's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the amount of available insurance coverage.
RevGem is not responsible for losses resulting from:
Improper packaging by the sender
Incorrect shipping information provided by the sender
Carrier delays
Acts of nature
Theft occurring outside of insured carrier coverage
Items shipped without a RevGem-provided label
